Sands NZ – Sands provides support and information following the loss of a baby at any gestation or age and under any circumstances (this includes termination of pregnancy). Sands can also provide information and support to the family who decides to continue a pregnancy.
Sands is a voluntary organisation made up of bereaved parents who are ‘paying it forward’ to other parents, families and whānau. Sands provides peer support, resources and information to families, and training to health professionals, about many aspects of pregnancy, baby and infant loss.
